How does it work?

  • Unlimited daily support requests
  • Every weekday (excluding UK national holidays) you can send us any request you need help with
  • Each request technically has a 24 hour turnaround but usually we finish within a few hours
  • If a request is large and needs more than 24 hours we'll let you know before we begin
  • We think of ourselves as reasonable people who are generous with our time - so we should be able to help you with almost any request you need
  • However, if you're asking for an unreasonable amount of help each day we'll let you know (it almost never happens)
  • We will send a monthly reminder for content, so that you get your money's worth and don't forget!

What can I request help with?

  • We can help you with creating new pages or updating existing pages
  • We can help you format and upload blog posts (you just need to supply the raw content you want sent via a template we provide)
  • We can help you set up and design MailChimp campaigns (you just need to supply the raw content you want sent)
  • We'll provide you with a list of researched keywords we recommend you use in order to gain more traffic via Google
  • We can also help troubleshoot and fix almost any Squarespace technical issue
  • If you need help with a larger task (like adding multiple pages within a day) we can always discuss a fixed fee side project
  • We can help you implement your branding (if we have created or refreshed your branding previously) on your website or elsewhere
  • For larger branding jobs (like posters), we can discuss a fixed fee side project

How can I get in touch with you?

  • Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT and we're off during UK national holidays
  • We communicate mostly through e-mail but if you want to have a phone or Skype call we're happy to schedule one

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

  • You can cancel any time!
  • Simply send an email to letting us know
  • Otherwise, we'll assume you want to stay subscribed
  • We don't offer any refunds for previous charges
